Got a question? We’ve got a straight answer. Find the answers homeowners need most before booking and when you’re ready to take the next step, our team is here to help.

1. What areas does OVRO cover?
We currently serve homeowners across Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Stockport and Chester. We are expanding into new areas regularly, so if you’re located just outside our current coverage, get in touch and we’ll let you know when we’re available in your area.

2. How quickly can you carry out an installation?
Most installations are completed within 7days of your initial enquiry. From your online quote through to your confirmed install date, we keep the process moving efficiently. For customers with urgent requirements, a Priority Install option is available.

3. Are your engineers qualified and insured?
Yes. All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and our electricians are NICEIC-qualified. Every installation is fully insured and carried out in compliance with current UK regulations. We don’t cut corners on safety ever.

4. Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer finance through Phoenix Finance, with two options available. Our 12-month interest-free plan is offered at 0% APR, and for longer terms we offer 3 to 10 year finance at 10.9% APR. Full details are available on our finance options page.

5. Will I receive documentation after my installation?
Yes. You’ll receive digital copies of all certification, commissioning documentation and warranty registration confirmation. Everything is properly recorded and sent to you directly.

6. Do you tidy up after yourselves?
Absolutely. Our clean and respect promise means we use floor protection, wear shoe covers and keep your home clean throughout. All waste is removed and a final clean is completed before we sign off on the job.

1. Which boiler brands do you fit?
We fit Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Glow-worm boilers. All three are among the most trusted and reliable boiler brands available in the UK. We offer combi and system boiler options across these ranges.

2. What is the difference between a combi boiler and a system boiler?
A combi boiler heats water on demand directly from the mains, without the need for a separate hot water cylinder or storage tank. It’s compact and efficient, making it ideal for most homes. A system boiler works with a separate hot water cylinder and is better suited to larger homes with higher hot water demand. Our engineers can advise you on the best option for your property during your survey.

3. Do new boilers come with a warranty?
Yes. All boilers we fit come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty depends on the brand and model chosen. Our team handles warranty registration on your behalf as part of the installation process.

4. Can I book a boiler service online?
Yes. You can submit a boiler servicing request through our online form, and our team will call you to confirm your appointment. We recommend having your boiler serviced annually to keep it running safely and efficiently.

5. Do you carry out boiler repairs?
Yes. If your boiler has broken down or is not performing as it should, our engineers can carry out a full diagnosis and repair. Get in touch through our Boiler Repairs page to tell us about the problem.

1. Which EV charger brands do you supply and fit?
Our primary EV charger brands are Ohme, Hypervolt and Zappi. All three are smart, reliable chargers compatible with all type-2 electric vehicles. We can advise you on which charger best suits your vehicle and your home setup.

2. How long does it take to have an EV charger fitted?
Most EV charger fittings are completed within 7 days of enquiry. The fitting itself is typically completed in a single visit.

3. What speed will a home EV charger charge at?
The chargers we supply are at least 7kW fast chargers, which is significantly faster than charging from a standard domestic socket. Exact charge times depend on your vehicle’s battery size.

4. Do smart EV chargers save money on electricity?
Yes. Smart chargers allow you to schedule charging during off-peak electricity tariff hours, which can significantly reduce the cost of charging your vehicle at home. You can control your charger via a smartphone app and monitor your energy usage in real time.

5. Do I need any special electrical setup before a charger is fitted?
Our engineers will assess your property during the survey stage to determine whether any preparatory electrical work is needed. Any requirements will be included in your quote upfront.
